Revelation 7:1 1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. 2  And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, 3  Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. 4  And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. . 9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10  And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. 11  And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12  Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. 13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16  They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17  For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.; . Hermans Note; Verse 1 and 3 places the time of this event during the tribulation. Verse 4 says the total 144,000 were sealed on their forheads during this time. Sealed implies that they are declared righteous and it cannot be changed. They serve him day and night for all eternity. Verse 9 places the Great Crowd in heaven before the throne with the 24 Elders and the Angels in verse 11. Nevertheless, let's look at Revelation 19:1. Revelation 13:6 tells us that the location of the tabernacle or tent is in heven.;" --------------------------- Revelation 9:1-6 1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. 5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. 6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.; . Hermans Note; Here we have confirmation that the people to be sealed with the seal of God on their forehead are alive during the tribulation. Thus, because most and probably all who were alive in 1914 are dead by the time of the tribulation, we know that people alive in 1914 do not make up the totality of the 144,000?;" ------------------------- Revelation 9:4-5 4  And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. 5  And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.; . Hermans Note; This confirms that the command to not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing was given during the tribulation.;" -------------------------- Revelation 19:1-6 1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.; . Hermans Note; Here in verse 1 the text says the voice of much people in heaven. Verse 6 says the voice of a great multitude as used by Revelation 7:9. Some protest that this great multitude is a multitude of angels.;" -------------------------- Revelation 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.; . Hermans Note; Here we see that God's tabernacle is in Heaven.; -------------------------- Revelation 20:1-6; 12-15 1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2  And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3  And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4  And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5  But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6  Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. . . 12  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15  And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.; . Hermans Note; Verse 4 and 5 says that the people who are resurrected will live and reign with Christ for a thousand years, and they will be priests. Verse 5 says this is everyone who is not part of the 2nd resurrection, because the verse says the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. The second death will have no effect on these resurrected people. Verse 6 says those who are part of the 1st resurrection will be priests of God for 1,000 years. They will rule over those who survived armegeddon. What is important here is that the second death will have no effect on the resurrected. Verse 3 tells us that Satan will loosed after the thousand years are up. Verse 13 -14 tells us that after the Millennium, Satan will be loosed and cast into the bottomless pit. What follows is that at that time time the rest of the dead will be ressureccted, judged and cast into the lake of fire as Satan is judged and cast into the bottomless pit.;" ------------------------ Revelation 19:1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:; . Hermans Note; The Great Crowd is in heaven.;
