Nothing Is Imposible Except? ========== Luke 1:37. For with God nothing shall be impossible. Numbers 23:19. God is not a man, #that he should lie;# neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Mark 6:4-5. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house." #Now He could do no mighty work there,# except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. Matthew 13:57-58. So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house." Now He #did not do many mighty works there because of unbelief. # Hebrews 1:3. Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and #upholding all things by the word of his power#, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Psalms 78:41. Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and #limited the Holy One of Israel. # Joshua 24:15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, #choose this day whom you will serve#, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” ========== Luke 4:23-24. He said to them, "You will surely say this proverb to Me, 'Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in Your country." Then He said, 'Assuredly, I say to you, no prophet is accepted in his own country. John 4:44. For Jesus Himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.
